Qigong is a traditional Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.
Qi is pronounced “chee” and is typically translated as life force or vital-energy. Gong, pronounced “gung,” means a skill or accomplishment cultivated through practice.

Qigong helps restore physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
Qigong cultivates energy for overall health and well-being, healing, stress relief and improved mental clarity. Within Qigong are three main practices: meditative, medical and martial. Tai Chi and Kung Fu are different styles of Qigong as a martial art.
